Hi there, I’m Kenze — the designer behind Lacey’s custom pink sofa.

I specialize in creating spaces and pieces that feel distinctly yours. For me, great design isn’t about trends or formulas — it’s about listening closely, understanding how someone actually lives, what lights them up, and translating that into something beautiful they’ll love for years.

My background is in residential design in Southern California, where I’ve assisted on start-to-finish home projects and contributed to interior styling for homes featured in Architectural Digest. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with talented designers and stylists, wonderful clients, and expert craftspeople — experiences that sharpened my eye and taught me that the details are everything. I’m currently furthering my education in UCLA’s Interior Design and Architecture program to keep refining my skills and build on my experience with formal training.

Working on Lacey’s sofa was such a treat — her home is funky, colorful, and teeming with personality, the kind of space that makes you want to have fun with it. Once I tuned into her style, designing the sofa felt less like work and more like play. Her sofa is one of my favorite kinds of projects: expressive, custom, and built uniquely around the person it’s for.
