Returns and exchanges
Your return window is your exchange window: 14 days for Care Shield, 30 days for Care Shield+. All items must be in as-new condition. Returns and refunds apply to goods only.
If your new item costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method. If it costs more, we charge the difference when setting up the exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges outside of the window.
Care Shield Service Plans are non-refundable, however they can be rolled-over
onto any exchange.
